Return policy
- Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and packed in the original packaging. Any item showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Exchanges: Due to the uniqueness of each AI-generated art piece and the limited number of units, we can only offer exchanges if the item you received is defective or damaged. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue.
- Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
- Initiating a Return: To start your return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Further instructions will be provided upon approval.
- Non-Returnable Items: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item returned more than 14 days after delivery, is non-returnable.
